Körber Supply Chain offers a broad portfolio of end-to-end supply chain solutions that match the size, business strategy, and appetite for growth of its clients. Körber’s core product offering is an industry-leading Warehouse Management System (WMS), although the company also offers compelling solutions for Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMRs), Voice & Mobility, and Warehouse Simulation.
Körber Supply Chain, which has a global presence, lists leading brands like Overstock.com, Dollar Shave Club, Ariat International, and Big Rock Sports amongst its lengthy client list; all of which they have helped to conquer supply chain complexity.
Challenge
Although Körber is a recognized leader in the Warehouse Management System market, its Autonomous Mobile Robotics and Voice & Mobility offerings are less well known to the marketplace. AMRs for instance, are an emerging technology and many organizations are still learning about the value they deliver.
Recognizing a moment of need for their solutions because of the COVID pandemic and the supply chain disruptions caused by changing customer expectations and labor force challenges, Körber sought an outsourced sales partner to accelerate go-to-market for its AMR and voice offerings.
Solution
The complexity and breadth of solutions offered by Körber demanded an established outsourcing partner that could staff and train highly experienced SDRs to conduct outreach on behalf of the company.
In October 2021, SalesRoads went to work building a specialized SDR team to set appointments for Körber’s AMR and Voice solutions. The campaign was an immediate success and in 2022 Körber expanded the program to include a second calling team setting appointments for its Voice solutions within a more focused fleet management niche.
